Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Contact us at (909) 889-2212 to start a return.

Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Chemicals & Hazardous Items

For safety reasons, opened chemicals, acids, and hazardous items cannot be returned unless defective.

Restocking

Special-order and bulk drum items may be subject to a restocking fee. We will note this at the time of order.
